Rent-to-own is a no credit check option, ideal for those who need extra space but don’t have the cash to pay for it up front. For the same price as a fixed storage unit, you can enjoy the convenience of having a storage building at your home or business. Best of all, there’s no penalty for early payoff and the building is all yours at the end of the agreement term.

● Flexible payment terms of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years
● One monthly payment is due at sale (certain exclusions apply)

90-Days Same-as-Cash
Details include:
● No credit check required
● 3 monthly payments and payoff before 90 days from delivery
● One monthly payment is due at sale (certain exclusions apply)
● No penalty for early payoff
● If the balance is not paid off in 90 days, the contract will be converted to a 60 month term
